I loved it! Great staff and service. Food delicious and the company, my boys, was lovely. The decor is hip but warm, the menu had a new twist to old favorites (great and interestingidea). And the coffee, hot and made just right! SA folks get over there and try it and take your visiting family over as well. It's a great place for family and friends to meet and eat. Oh, by the way it has a great big, beautiful outdoor area as well. I recommend highly.

Excellent brunch! The Texas has was incredible, and the cinnamon toast was the best I have ever had—sweet crunchy top with fresh bread and homemade butter.

This was one of the best tasting diner meals I've ever had. The chicken sandwich was immaculate and the wedges were tasty. My Paloma frozen drink was very very good. The service was excellent and the environment is so clean and unique. Great place. Oh and the music is great.

Great place for a nice breakfast or brunch with family. Have tried different things and each one has been delicious. Love their homemade jam, it's always a different flavor but always scrumptious.

The fried chicken and biscuits has the perfect crisp and spicy sweet honey. The cinnamon toast shareable plate was a mix of crispy and creamy with cinnamon perfection. The lil’ chap iced cappuccino is a unique and subtle flavored coffee with a cinnamon sugar rim. The service was delightful and so attentive. It’s also at a great spot right at the center of the pearl. Definitely worth a stop if your looking for brunch downtown!

Hidden gem. We had our staff breakfast here. The food was fresh and carefully prepared. Modern Texas twists on traditional breakfast and brunch items. Will definitely came here again.

This place is a solid 4 stars. Their to-go drinks/desert window is lacking. I won’t even go into that but just know you’re better off going to the farmers market and getting snacks or drinks while you’re waiting for your table. The food is incredible. The biscuit basket was so good it sold out. Stick with the basics. I would say their best bet is the Classic breakfast. You get Eggs, breakfast sausage, solid buttered toast and house-made jam on the side and the potatoes are seasoned to perfection. Under the shareables portion of the menu, Get the Cinnamon Toast! It’s a 10/10. Sure , it’s probably a million calories but it’s so good. Seems like this breakfast spot is going to be an always favorite. Service was 10/10 and the bartender was on-point with the drinks. So good. Recommend the margarita verde if you’re going to shy away from a traditional mimosa. Put more shade on the patio and add plants. There’s my recommendation! If you’re in the Pearl area and want breakfast , go to this place.

The food was so good and the place itself is so clean and cool. I loved the vibe and decor of the place. Extra points for making coke fancy with the lime wedge. Highly recommend the breakfast cheesy enchiladas.
